Cheers to Friday! Even though this week was a short one at the office, it was a busy one and I’m looking forward to the weekend.

It’s been pretty chilly on the East Coast the past few weekends, and that’s really only further encouraged my daydreaming about warmer weather. MJD and I are heading down to Florida the first week of March, but until then I’m indulging in all sorts of fruity and refreshing cocktails to pretend it’s summer. When Sparkling Ice reached out asking if I’d like to try some of their flavored sparkling water, I was super excited about trying their Strawberry Lemonade flavor. It’s sweet, refreshing and makes you think it’s summer even when it’s freezing out!

The only thing better than Sparkling Ice’s Strawberry Lemonade sparkling water on it’s own is making it into a fun cocktail! Mixing it with Sauvignon Blanc, triple sec, fresh strawberries, freshly squeeze lemon juice and agave nectar makes for a delicious, light and refreshing cocktail. My Strawberry Lemonade Sangria is perfect all year-round: whether you are trying to forget the winter temps, hosting a spring time brunch or a summer barbeque. Grab a bottle of Sparkling Ice, your fave Sauv Blanc and give it a try for yourself!

What are you doing to forget about the cold temps where you are?

xoxo, Jenna
