We’ve already covered this here on Boston Chic Party, but new workout clothes definitely have a way of getting me motivated to workout. One thing I haven’t really tried out yet is the printed legging trend, so when Yummie by Heather Thomson sent me these awesome capris I was super excited.to wear them. Paired with their racerback tank, it makes for the perfect workout look!
Since we’ve moved to South Boston, I’ve been trying to take advantage of running by the water and Castle Island. It’s one of my favorite workouts right now, so it was only natural that I snapped these photos at Castle Island. Besides that, I love switching things up and going to different classes around Boston, especially barre and spinning. For spin, I’m a big fan of getting my cardio on during the classes at Cyc Fitness and Flywheel. I also love adding barre into my weekly schedule- it is a total body workout that completely challenges me every single time. My faves in the city? Xtend Barre and The Bar Method. If you live outside the city, I also have to mention Pure Barre Sudbury– my sister-in-law is a teacher there and will give all you suburban ladies a killer class!
What are your favorite ways to workout? Boston friends, any classes I need to check out?
