Just in time for thirsty Thursday and your Halloweekend, today I am sharing an Apple Cider Sangria recipe!
I was the hostess for my book club’s monthly meeting earlier this week and I wanted to make some sort of festive drink for the occasion. This sangria had a great mix of cider, apple, pear and cinnamon flavors. The girls in my book club loved it! As my friend Ryann said, “we are really a wine club that reads books”- so these ladies know their yummy cocktails 🙂
I hope you have fun bringing the flavors of fall to your wine glass with this recipe- Cheers!
- 1 bottle Pinot Grigio
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 cup club soda
- 2 honeycrisp apples
- 1 pear
- 1 cinnamon stick
Chop the apples and pear and add to your pitcher.
Pour Pinot Grigio, apple cider and club soda into pitcher. Stir well.
Let sit overnight or for at least 8 hours.
4 hours prior to serving, add in cinnamon stick to season.
Stir well- Pour and Enjoy!
