Pastel M&Ms, Robin’s Egg candy and seasonal sprinkles make this white chocolate bark a perfect Easter treat!
Lots of holidays have specific candy associated with them now, and for a sweet tooth like me, that makes each holiday season even more fun. Whether it’s candy corn around Halloween, candy canes at Christmas-time or Peeps and Cadbury eggs at Easter, I can’t get enough of the seasonal sweets! Of course, there areĀ other candies that just transform their colors to adapt to the season, like the spring M&Ms and Robin Egg Whoppers used in this recipe. Though delicious in their regular form, I think I love them even more in their pastel colors! They are making me even more excited for spring weather and inspiring the thoughts of wearing pastels myself, once I can retire my puffy winter coat, of course š .
My Bunny Bark is delicious, easy to make and colorful! It makes a great addition to your Easter dessert table or packaged up Ā as a gift to wish your friendsĀ a Happy Easter. Follow my lead and makeĀ sure you include a gift tag with a corny Easter message- Hoppy Easter or Some-bunny Wishes You a Happy Easter are two of my faves for this purpose! The cornier, the better in my opinion!
Do you have a favorite Easter candy that you are looking forward to? Are you a Peeps person or a chocolate bunny lover?
Hoppy Easter to all my blog bunnies out there! š
xoxo, Jenna

- 20 ounces of white chocolate (5 bars white chocolate)
- 2 ounces Spring or Easter sprinkle mix
- 3/4 of a cup spring M&Ms

To Make:
Prepare a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
Chop 3/4 of a cup of Robin Egg candy, place to the side until ready to use.
Spray a microwave safe bowl or glass measuring cup with cooking spray.
Break chocolate bars and add white chocolate to bowl. Microwave on 20 second intervals, stirring in between, until melted.
Pour the white chocolate onto prepared baking sheet and spread into a smooth layer.
Add sprinkles to white chocolate evenly.
Next, place M&Ms and chopped Robin Eggs onto white chocolate.
Place decorated white chocolate into refrigerator to harden for 2 hours.
Remove from fridge and let sit for ten minutes, before breaking or cutting into bark.
Break or cut bark into pieces. You can make the pieces whatever size or shape you want to work with the toppings.
These are super cute and look delicious! I love all of the pastels of Easter candy. I am a big fan of Sweet Tart bunnies, but I have already overdone it this year!
