Rompin' Around New York City-Boston Chic Party

Romper: Loft Shoes: Andre Assous via Nordstrom Purse: Rebecca Minkoff Earrings: Kendra Scott Bangles: H&M (a total steal at under $5!!!)

A few weekends ago, I had a friend’s bridal shower down in New Jersey. It gave me the perfect reason to swing into New York City for a quick overnight trip too and visit my sister who just recently moved in to the city. When my sister spotted the facade of this building in the West Village absolutely covered in greenery, we knew we had to snap some photos in front of the stunning background. The West Village is so full of charm and I am pumped I have even more of a reason to visit now :).

This romper from Loft is the first romper I’ve owned. As a shorty (I’m barely 5’2″), I have had a hard time finding a romper that fits my petite height or one that doesn’t make me look even shorter than I am. Obviously, the romper is a big trend for summer, so I’ve been on the search for the perfect one! When I found the petite romper selection at Loft, I was so excited to try them out. The proportions were correct and the neutral palette of this romper didn’t take away any additional height. It proved to be a perfect outfit for a hot summer in the city day, walking around, exploring the High Line and cooling off with a treat from Big Gay Ice Cream.

xoxo, Jenna
