Classic pieces are the ones I reach for most often, whether it’s when I am shopping or browsing my closet. Mainly because you can wear them in so many different ways. This cable knit sweater is a perfect example of that. I can see it paired with leggings for a cozy afternoon hanging out, just as easily as it pairs with red high heels here for a fun fall outfit.

I ordered this sweater from Old Navy a few weeks ago and I was pleasantly surprised with the quality when it arrived. I haven’t shopped there in ages, but after seeing some of my favorite bloggers (Hallie, Julia and Jess) wearing their pieces I gave a quick look at what they had to offer. Between the hat I wore in this post and this sweater, I have a feeling I’ll be checking it out more often.

What are some favorite classics in your closet?

xoxo, Jenna
