Another month, another insta-fashion round up for you guys… on Instagram, my October was full of fall colors, plaids and a bit of red!
Top: Banana Republic Jeans: Gap Shoes: Sperry Sunglasses: Chanel Purse: Elizabeth and James (prior season, this season’s version) Earrings: Similar Bracelets: Bourbon and Boweties
I wore this outfit for a Sunday of brunching and watching the Pats. This plaid shirt is a fall essential for me, whether it’s layered or on it’s own. And if you’ve been following for a bit these jeans will look familiar to you (seen here and here), but I love them and the relaxed fit makes them perfect for brunch followed by a few pumpkin beers.
Scarf: Primark (similar) Boots: Hunter
My first PSL of the season was had while wearing a plaid blanket scarf… could I be more stereotypical? Probably not, but this blanket scarf from Primark (#primania) goes with everything so I’ve been wearing it non-stop- see a few pictures down for further proof.
Dress: Aidan by Aidan Mattox (via Best Dressed Charlestown) Purse: GiGi New York Shoes: Christian Louboutin Bracelets: Loren Hope, J.Crew, C Wonder (similar-RIP C Wonder)
Another wedding, another gorgeous dress from Best Dressed! When I went to return this dress, I mentioned to Nikoleta an upcoming wedding in October. She picked out this dress for me and as soon as I tried it on, I knew it was a winner. The leather detailing and the color made it perfect for fall. I couldn’t resist snapping a pic in front of this cute suburban home on the way out of the ceremony.
Coat: J.Crew Scarf: Primark (similar) Jeans: J Brand Shoes: Frye Sunglasses: Chanel
Hello again, plaid blanket scarf! I pulled out my favorite coat on the first cold weather day of the year and bundled up in red and plaid to head to Sunday brunch. I love this J.Crew coat. It comes in so many colors and the classic cut will ensure it’s one you wear year after year.
Coat: Burberry Shirt: J.Crew (past season, similar) Pants: J.Crew Shoes: Frye Bracelet: Loren Hope via Rocksbox (Get your first month free with code JENNABFF175)
Is there anything better than doughnuts on the weekend? Probably not. Besides plaid, my fall uniform has centered around chambray for several years and this year is no different as you can tell from the peek of chambray in the photo.
Top: Ann Taylor Pants: Loft Purse: Kate Spade Shoes: Hunter Bracelets: Bourbon and Boweties, Loren Hope Earrings: Similar
Rain, rain, go away! I don’t mind a drizzly day if it involves a bucket of bubbles at brunch, a cozy, comfy outfit and my favorite rain boots.
See you on Instagram soon!
xoxo, Jenna

the Ann Taylor sweater is super cute! Love that it’s long enough to wear with leggings through the winter too just like you’ve styled. Keep up the good work Jenna 🙂

Thanks Rakela- I just picked up that sweater this weekend during their 50% off sale. I can never resist when they have that! Plus I think I can wear it both for work and play which is twice as good in my book!
I’m loving that purple dress! Gorgeous.

I love everything but especially the purple dress and red coat! After many years of wearing black and gray, I love a pop of color.
