Well, the end of 2015 is just about here- and it’s been a fun and exciting year! 2015 marked our first year of marriage, finishing up grad school, lots of trips both local (like Vermont and Maine) and abroad (all the hearts for Paris).
I’m rounding up my favorite posts from each of the last twelve months- so grab a cup of coffee/champagne/wine/your drink of choice and take a walk through 2015 with me!
January– Boston Buzz: Blackbird Doughnuts: This was one of my first opportunities to go “behind-the-scenes” with a local business and it was extremely yummy and fun! Having Blackbird in our neighborhood is pure danger. Runner up: My Sweetgreen copy-cat Kale Caesar salad because #newyearsresolutions.
February– Boston Buzz: Hollywood Glamour at The MFA: Loved, loved, loved visiting this exhibit! While it’s no longer open, I’m hoping the MFA brings another fashion related exhibit to their halls soon.
March– Postcards From Portland: MJD and I had an awesome long weekend exploring this adorable beer-loving, foodie town which is perfect for a quick getaway from Beantown.
April– Asparagus and Fontina Tart: An appetizer that is as delish as it is beautiful, what could be more perfect for a spring partay?
May– Boston Buzz: Btone Fitness’ Indo-Row: A killer and fun workout with fellow Boston Bloggers and Btone’s amazing owner, Jody? This is a no brainer for fave post of May!
June– Rompin’ Around New York City: One of my first style posts and a favorite because it reminds me of a weekend with my sister in NYC shortly after she moved there. Is it just me or do clothes remind you of things you did or special moments?
July– Blue & White Beach Days: I love me a good beach weekend during the summer- plus this hat and the scalloped shorts were two of my must-haves all summer! Runner-up: Balsamic Strawberry and Goat Cheese Crostini… because once again a beautiful, yummy and EASY appetizer is a major party win in my book.
August– Peach and Prosciutto Arugula Salad: I’m hungry just looking at this!
September– A Night Out in Saint Germain-des-Pres and Postcards from Paris: Because I couldn’t pick just one Paris post…
October– Classic Cable Knit Sweater With A Twist: I love this outfit and this sweater is still on major repeat for me.
November– What I Wore To Boston Fashion Week: Being invited to a fashion show during Boston Fashion Week was a real highlight of my year and I love the dress I wore for it. Runner-up: My recipe for Pumpkin Moscow Mules, because pumpkin season and cocktails are two of my favorite things in life.
December– Sparkling For A Winter Wedding: Because what girl doesn’t want to feel like they belong on a red carpet? Yes to this dress!
The past twelve months have been even more fun because of each of you who joined the party! Your comments, likes and support mean the world to me- please keep ’em coming for 2016. Thanks for following along with me! Cheers to the next twelve months!
