Getting in the Valentine’s Day spirit over here! But really I’m just looking for an excuse to wear a little pink dress (aren’t we all?).
This is one of the first maternity dresses I’ve worn and I’m loving how it hugs my bump! The fuchsia like color is perfect for a Valentine’s Day date night- it’s what I’m planning on wearing for ours- but the simple style makes this dress super versatile too. I shared on my Insta-stories last week how I made it office appropriate by adding a black blazer, a pearl necklace and some fun leopard pumps for a little pop. You guys know I am all about the pieces that can do double duty, but even more so when it comes to maternity wear as the window for wearing it is only a few months. “Can I wear this multiple ways” is something I like to keep in mind with every purchase- maternity or not!
For my mamas to be, this dress also comes in navy and an olive green. I’ve had a few questions about sizing for maternity items recently- I’m wearing my pre-pregnancy size of size small in this dress.
In other baby bump news, I’ve started feeling Baby D move around a lot the past week and it is seriously the most amazing thing! Makes me so happy whenever I feel him and even more excited to meet him in May 🙂
