It’s been a bit since I’ve shared some of my favorite beauty products with you and in honor (or maybe in horror…) of the super cold weekend we just had in Boston, I wanted to share some of my recent faves helping me get through this winter season. I’m all about super moisturizing products and of course, lots of lip products. You know this girl loves some lip color :)!
CND Vinyllux Weekly Top Coat: CND makes my favorite gel nail colors, so when I got this top coat in my stocking for Christmas, I was definitely intrigued. I’ve been giving my nails a break from the gel manis every so often and this topcoat is perfect for that time in-between. It looks great on it’s own or on top of your favorite nail color. It lasts for at least five days which is saying something, as I can be pretty hard on my nails. I feel like it helps keep my nails stronger too.
Nars Satin Lip Pencil in Palais Royal: You already know I love Nars and their lip pencils. They make it so easy to apply color and it’s long lasting too. Palais Royal is my most recent favorite from Nars. It’s a deeper color that I love for winter, especially date nights as seen here.
Bite Beauty Agave Lip Mask: Removing long-lasting lipstick like the one above can do a number on your lips. Pair that with all around cold winter weather, and you’ve got super dry lips! I was looking for something to moisturize, repair and soothe my lips when an associate at Sephora recommended this mask from Bite. I loved it right away and my lips looked so much better after the first use. I either put it on before bed (especially after a night of lipstick wearing) or I put it on right when I get out of the shower and leave it on during my whole getting ready routine. Once I’m ready to put on lipstick, it’s absorbed in and doesn’t impact the color at all.
Sephora Rose Sheet Mask: Between the winter wind tunnels in the city and the dryness of the heat inside, my skin has been really thirsty recently. I tried out this mask from Sephora on a whim and went back the next weekend to stock up on a bunch more. The packaging is absolutely right- it’s ultra moisturizing and left me with a bright glow. To say I’m obsessed is an understatement. Bonus? You can really scare your hubby when you go to cuddle up next to him with this thing on your face 😉
Fresh Sugar Tinted Lip Treatment in Berry: My hands-down favorite lip product for every day. It goes on like a chapstick, but with a perfect tint of color. The color is great for daytime- not too abrasive for the office, but adds a little bit of brightness on a regular old day! It’s moisturizing and has SPF too, which keeps your pout in good shape 🙂
I love sharing my favorite products with you, but I’m always looking for new ones to try too! What are your winter beauty faves?
xoxo, Jenna
