It’s a bit ironic that as I am writing this blog post the current weather forecast for Boston is calling for 80 degrees today. More like Indian Summer than Fall, no? Regardless of the heatwave hitting the Northeast right now, I promise you sweater weather is on its’ way!
Turtleneck sweaters are always one of my “go-to” pieces during fall and winter (see how I styled a similar sweater last year) so I couldn’t resist adding a new one to my collection when this classic J.Crew one was included in a their recent sales. To me, a cable knit turtleneck sweater is quintessential New England fall. When it came time to pack for last weekend’s trip to the beautiful Mirbeau Inn and Spa in Plymouth, I knew this sweater would be making its’ way into my bag. In addition to our spa day, MJD and I had the chance to experience one of their “Beyond The Bistro” dinners at a local cranberry bog. It was seriously one of the most unique and delicious dining experiences I have ever had. Stay tuned for more details about our visit coming to the blog soon 🙂
