Boston, the day we’ve been waiting for is finally here. Eataly Boston opens today, November 29th and I couldn’t be more excited!
If you follow me on Instagram (if not, what are you waiting for?), you may have seen that I had the chance to preview Eataly Boston a few weeks ago. I was excited about the opening prior to the preview tour, but after attending, I was infinitely more excited! Getting to tour the space, sample eats from the entire venue, all while sipping on some delish vino with blogger friends had me day dreaming about how many afternoons I could spend exploring Eataly.
Eataly Boston is located in the Prudential Center, spanning 45,000 square feet. If you are a Boston native, you’ll hardly believe this space used to be the Pru Food Court as it is completely transformed and stunning. While offering all the Italian favorites like pasta, pizza and retail products like olive oil and wine that Eataly has been known for, Eataly Boston has a bit of Boston flair with local fish at the La Pescheria including Island Creek Oysters and Red’s Best Fish. Famed Boston chef Barbara Lynch has also collaborated with Eataly on their seafood restaurant, Il Pesce. The location will also have different classes and events (find schedule here!) and I know MJD and I will be signing up for one soon for a fun date night.
I’m planning to visit again this weekend for some fresh pasta and to grab some burrata (had some of the best ever during the tour!)- Boston friends, are you planning a trip to visit Eataly soon?
xoxo, Jenna
