Ruffles and Ripped Jeans

Pretty much the whole month of January while I was on my shopping hiatus, there was one trend that I kept seeing on Instagram or in blog posts from my fave bloggers. That trend: ruffles. They are everywhere and I’m honestly SO excited about it. This past weekend my sister and I were talking about how much we loved ruffles a few years back when they were all over. We both said that we used to literally wear ruffles every day at some points. It’s so true- I remember a few friends at the time commenting on my love of ruffles haha!

This ruffle tee from Topshop is super cute, comfy and also under $30- amazing! I love that the feminine ruffle details can be paired with something a little tougher like ripped jeans. When I was getting ready to publish this post I started thinking that “ruffles and rips” sounded like a familiar blog post name. Looks like I was in to the pairing of ruffles and ripped jeans in the past too. Guess it’s good to know my style is consistent 🙂

Are you digging the ruffled trend? Apologies if you start seeing it a ton here!

xoxo, Jenna
