Okay, I’m taking a poll today. Say it’s a few days before the weekend and you and your love (or your bestie, roomie, whoever your person is) are deciding where you should go out to dinner that weekend. Do you go to the restaurant you’ve been to so many times you know the menu by heart or do you try some place new? I’m all about trying the new, but recently MJD and I have mainly been going to our tried and true faves in our neighborhood, South Boston or our old neighborhood, the South End.
You are probably wondering what my little poll has to do with this cute blazer. Well, I took the photos of this look with photographer/new friend, Alyssa Parker in the Harvard Square area. When I was there, I started thinking about how I rarely go to Cambridge- which is a serious shame since it is super cute and has so many good restaurants! I made a promise to myself then to try to be better about heading out to new places or trying out different neighborhoods more frequently. Figured if I shared that little thought here I’d be more likely to actually do it 😉
Now back to the matter at hand- this striped blazer! Between the stripes, the leather and studded cuff details and the navy and pink combo, it’s a super fun statement piece that can be dressed up or down. I’ve worn it with jeans (both white like I did here and blue) , but also made it a bit dressier for the office with navy pants. I’m not sure I’ve ever gotten more compliments on something I’ve worn at work- so many people asked me where I got this blazer. Lucky for them (and you), it’s now on sale. Trust me when I say this blazer is worthy of all those compliments and more!
I’m off to find a new restaurant to try this week- how about you? 🙂
xoxo, Jenna

Love the blazer! I feel like it would go with so much too because of the shades in it.
Funny you mention old/new debate– Adam and I struggle with that too. We like our favs (easy, comfortable, always good), but I am all about new spots too. If you ever want to meet in Cambridge, let me know! That’s my side of town 😉 xoxo D
