Isn’t it funny how styles come back around if you wait long enough? Senior year of high school and into freshman year of college I was totally obsessed with denim skirts! I’m pretty sure I wore some variation of them at least three times a week. I wore this outfit while I was in Kennebunkport with my mom (more on that here!) and we were both giggling at my new white skirt as it was very similar to my fave skirt about 13 years ago from Abercrombie. Gosh I loved that skirt!
What is even funnier is that I felt like this look was so early-2000s, but as I added the hair scarf my mom mentioned it reminded her of the styles when she was growing up. Fashion really does have a way of repeating itself, am I right?
I always pack this chambray top when I am going away because it is so versatile. I love how it pairs with the white skirt– which is becoming a new go-to piece in its own right. I’ll try my hardest not to channel my younger years and wear it every other day, but no promises… 😉
What are some of your favorite trends that have come back in style from when you were younger? I’d love to reminisce with you!
xoxo, Jenna
You can’t go wrong with this classic combo! I also love your sneaks, they’re just precious!
