A Saturday afternoon spent shopping in a gorgeous boutique and playing dress up amongst pieces from Prada, Chanel and Burberry- talk about a perfect day!

This is how I spent my Saturday a few weekends ago thanks to the lovely ladies at Chic Consignment in Andover, Massachusetts. Located right on Main Street in Andover’s adorable downtown, Chic Consignment is a perfectly curated consignment boutique loaded with goodies from all the top designers. At Chic Consignment, they believe in luxury for less- and while you get the items for less, there is no shortage of luxury in their collection of gorgeous handbags, beautiful dresses, fur coats, even prom dresses! I had such a great time meeting May, the owner who embodies the “Chic Consignment” brand so well- she was wearing the most beautiful Chanel necklace and fabulous pair of white booties when we met- and anyone shopping in the store would be in good hands with her or one of the other amazing women I met in store that day. As someone who is relatively local to Chic Consignment (took about 35 minutes to get there), I love that the inventory is constantly changing making each and every shopping experience different. It also seems like the perfect place to consign any of those higher end items you just don’t seem to wear anymore! Why not put them towards a new bag via Chic Consignment or how about a fabulous animal print dress like the ones I am wearing today?

Now a little bit about the outfits and how I styled/chose them! I felt seriously SO good in the first outfit- the more bodycon style dress from Rebecca Taylor really hugged my bump which is fun :). Paired with a leather jacket added a bit of edge to the look, but when May suggested pairing with the pink Prada promenade satchel, I knew she was a girl after my own heart! I love a pop of color from a bold accessory!

The second outfit was a bit outside my comfort zone, but this seemed like the perfect opportunity to try something new! At the base of the look, the White & Warren cashmere dress is a total classic on its own- black cashmere with leopard sleeves, I would wear that all the time! I loved adding the Burberry Brit dress open over top as more of a denim trench/duster-the layering was really fun I thought and had me thinking how I could do more of that in my own closet. Of course, it was a dream to carry the gorgeous Chanel bag to complete the look too!

For all my Boston area friends, if you are looking for a unique shopping experience and finding some serious luxury for less, I can’t recommend Chic Consignment enough! The store is beautiful, their inventory is second to none and they are so helpful to each and every guest- whether you are shopping or consigning! Chic Consignment is also selling many of their luxury accessories online as well so ladies outside of MA, don’t worry soon there is plenty of Chic Consignment for you too!

xoxo, Jenna
