A Chocolate and Champagne Galentine’s Day Brunch with Lindt LINDOR Truffles

I’ve shared my love for Galentine’s Day before, but my absolute favorite way to celebrate is getting together with my gals for a yummy brunch! This past weekend I had a few of my Boston blogger gals over for a Champagne and Chocolate brunch. Because what better way is there to celebrate a gal’s day than champagne and chocolate?
As far as chocolate goes, there really is no better chocolate to celebrate life’s special moments with than Lindt. Not only are their LINDOR truffles absolutely delish with their melt in your mouth center, but their colorful packaging is pretty enough to add some color to your candy dish or a special addition to a gift. While basically any combination of chocolate and champagne is good enough to make a party special, I wanted to use LINDOR truffles in a few different ways to make our Galentine’s Day celebration extra special! Here are a few unique ideas for bringing chocolate beyond just the candy dish:
Use Lindt LINDOR Truffles as part of your tablescape decor. Like I said, LINDOR truffles are just as pretty as they are delicious making them an easy enhancement to decor and design. While the truffles come in many different flavors and different colors, red and pink were the two natural choices for my Valentine’s Day table. The traditional milk chocolate LINDOR truffle in red and the special Valentine’s Day edition Strawberries & Cream LINDOR truffle in pink were my two choices! For my tablescape, I made what I am calling the LINDOR truffle “runner”- instead of having a traditional runner, I sprinkled the truffles across the table to add both color and some easy access to chocolate for the gals. Another way to decorate with LINDOR truffles? I think they would be gorgeous displayed in some hurricane vases on a table surrounding flowers as well!
Add Lindt LINDOR Truffles as a garnish for your dessert. I’m the biggest cupcake fan for parties because it’s like your own little personal cake. To add some additional chocolate to this dessert, I added a LINDOR truffle to each cupcake as well. The Strawberries & Cream were a perfect addition to a chocolate frosted cupcake and the Milk truffles were great to add to a vanilla frosted cupcake too. If cake is more your style, a border of LINDOR truffles to decorate a cake would be amazing as well. Or you could always add them to a dessert platter for a decadent melt moment of LINDOR’s irresistibly smooth melting center!
Give Lindt LINDOR Truffles as part of a party favor/gift. At the end of our Galentine’s Day brunch celebration, I wanted to give each of the girls a little treat to take home. I thought it would be nice for this little gift to be something for a fun night in of pampering and filled treat bags with some of my fave masks from Patchology and LINDOR truffles. The truffles are the perfect addition to any gift to make it a bit more fun, don’t you think?
No matter how you are celebrating Valentine’s Day or Galentine’s Day, LINDOR truffles are sure to make it extra special- even if it is just treating yourself to a few!
