Apple Cider Aperol Spritz

There’s just about a week left until Thanksgiving and I’m in preparation mode in my house- how about you? Since we recently came home from Italy, Aperol Spritzes are still top of mind even though they may be considered a bit more of a summer drink. I decided to give them a fall twist for the Thanksgiving season and they turned out delicious! My friend and photographer, Caroline and I couldn’t resist sneaking a few sips during our shoot. These are delicious made as a single cocktail or make a pitcher full for a party ready signature cocktail!

If you get the chance to try these, I’d love to hear what you think! Cheers and Happy (early) Thanksgiving!

xoxo, Jenna

You’ll Need:

Makes One Cocktail

  • Three ounces of Aperol
  • Two ounces of fresh apple cider
  • Three ounces of Prosecco
  • Ice
  • Apple slice for garnish

To Make:

In a wine glass filled with ice, add in Aperol and apple cider.

Top with Prosecco, either by measuring to three ounces or just filling in glass- personally when making a single serve I just eyeball it, but measurements are helpful if making in bulk.

Garnish with an apple slice.

Cheers to your Italian inspired fall cocktail!
