Spiked Spa Water
I had been planning to get this recipe up when it was more the height of summer as I pictured you all sipping it poolside on a hot day! However this Spiked Spa Water recipe is a refreshing cocktail any time of year. I know we are all into the spiked seltzers these days, but I love “spa water” and spiking that seemed like a great idea to me. If you were a girlie who used to order a vodka soda with a lime back in your bar hopping days (or maybe still do), I feel like you’ll love this much more delicious version!
You’ll Need:
Makes one cocktail
2 ounces vodka
3 lime wedges, squeezed and muddled
3 mint leaves, muddled
3 cucumber slices, muddled
Pellegrino, Sparkling Water or Club Soda
Ice
Additional lime, mint or cucumber for garnish
To Make:
In a cocktail shaker, add vodka, mint leaves and cucumber slices.
Squeeze lime wedges into cocktail shaker and add the squeezed wedges to shaker.
Muddle all ingredients in cocktail shaker.
Fill a rocks glass with ice and pour muddled vodka combination over ice.
Top with Pellegrino.
Garnish with additional lime, mint or cucumber.
Cheers!
xoxo, Jenna
